Genesis 11:1-32 “…The Table Of Nations Part #2, The Tower Of Babel, And How God Confounded The Languages Of The People.”

Dear Friend,

If you’re interested in understanding a little bit more about the Table of Nations, the Tower of Babel, and WHY the world is the way that it is, then this is the chapter of the Torah for you.

A few years ago, I was online, and I was looking for why Jesus used to talk about righteousness, and why Paul seems to talk about something else (it seemed to me that the Teachings of Jesus were Contrary to the Teachings of Paul (they are not) and was confused.

For example, Jesus said:

Matthew Chapter 5:17-20 (KJV):

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the Law, or the Prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfill. *

Side note: Fulfill in this case comes from a word in Greek which means “obey”

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

Side note: Basically this is everyone obeying it.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called by the least in the Kingdom of Heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the Kingdom of Heaven.

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

The Great Mosiah, Jesus Christ talking about righteousness and the law.

I could go on and on, quoting things from Jesus about works and action, however let us contrast with the teachings of Paul, which at a first glance will seem contradictory to the first.

Before we do this, let me state that they are not contradictory. At the same time, the doctrine of Christ is more important than the doctrine of Paul. They are both important, and Paul’s doctrine also comes from the Father, however they are talking about two different things. Let me share with you some of the things the Great Apostle Paul said about “Grace” vs. “The Law”:

Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its lusts, and do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. For sin shall not be master over you, for you are not under law but under grace. (Romans 6:12-14, emphasis mine)

The Apostle Paul in the New Testament Talking About The Law Vs. Grace

How in the world are Christians misinterpreting that to mean that we are supposed to IGNORE the Law? It is ridiculous. Here you see Paul CLEARLY talking about the righteousness of Grace. Here is a great Christian Article talking about the Law vs. Grace. From the article:

True Freedom

Quick show of hands: How many of us have thanked Jesus for freeing us from the Law? We see all those rules and regulations—what to wear, how to plant crops, which portion of the sacrifice to eat—who wants to be bound by all that? Thank God that because of Jesus, we can ignore all that stuff!

The only problem is, Jesus didn’t come to free us from the Law. He came to free us from sin. He didn’t need to free us from the Law because the Law never enslaved us in the first place. Sin enslaves. Our freedom in Christ is freedom from sin, not freedom to ignore the holiness of God.

After all, in this passage, Paul is writing to the Romans. The majority of the Romans were not Jews; they had no Law from God to keep.

Similarly, many in the Church today never had to keep God’s Law, as it was given solely to his chosen people, the Israelites.

[Tweet “Jesus didn’t come to free us from the Law; he came to free us from sin.”]

The Law was never slavery but a gift from God. The Law is part of what yokes the people of Israel to God and sets them apart. It makes them distinct from all other nations and identifies them as God’s chosen people: “…Behold, a people who dwells apart, and shall not be reckoned among the nations” (Numbers 23:9).

The people of Israel were instructed in holiness from the moment the Law was given, and this continues even today. The trouble is, no one is able to keep it perfectly (Joshua 24:19; Acts 15:10). The Law itself implies this by the existence of a sacrificial system to make atonement for sin. That is a perfect example of the grace of God revealed through the Law.

Remember in the Old Testament, there was no permanent indwelling of the Holy Spirit. (This remains true today for anyone, Jew or Gentile, who does not believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.) What difference does that make, you may ask?

All the difference in the world.

So what does this have to do with the Table of Nations and the scattering of the tongues of the people? Everything.

Let me explain. If Christians understood how beautiful the Law is, and they worshiped in spirit and in Truth with all of the love in their hearts AS THEY ARE LEARNING TO FOLLOW IT step by simple step as they also learn to read the Torah each day (which is not against Christianity) they would step into a NEW KIND OF LOVE AND BLESSING that would shine from the Celestial Kingdom with the light from Jerusalem.

The Law is more than just the 10 commandments, or the weird ceremonies in the Book of Leviticus. They are the STORIES of the Living Universe, they are the stories of the Elohim of Heaven bringing to pass his righteousness and will upon the face of the Earth. The LAW is what keeps the WOMEN and the CHILDREN safe people. Period.

That being said, salvation does not come through the Law, but it comes from Grace, where if you say “I confess that Jesus died for my sins, that he was raised from the dead the 3rd day, and he sits on the right hand of Elohim” and you shall be saved (according to Paul) for it is John, who was speaking of Jesus Christ who said:

The Law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ talking about the Law vs. Grace and Truth.

So from the abundance of the heart flows the tongue, and from the abundance of the tongue flows your actions, and from your actions flow forth your habits, and from your habits flow through to your destiny…

…and if you truly LOVE JESUS, you will follow the Law, even as he did. In love, saved by Grace (if you are Christians)… however if you are not Christians, it is simply a good idea to follow the Law for your reward in heaven, (we are REWARDED by works, folks, meaning the following of the Law in our own personal lives, and the fruits thereof) if that makes sense.

Alright, that’s enough background on the Law for today I could go into a lot of detail about Grace vs. Works and the Law (they are two separate processes folks. Stop mixing things into nonsensical assumptions. Test everything.) This commentary came from a discussion in a Bible Discussion Group I was debating peacefully back and forth in with people.

Oh one more thing – there is scriptures ALL OVER the Bible that talk about the Law being kept eternally even in heaven, for it is Isaiah who said it best:

Isaiah 66:21-24

21 And I will also take of them for priests and for Levites, saith the LORD.

22 For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain.

23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD.

24 And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcasses of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorring unto all flesh.

Isaiah talking about the Law being kept in heaven.

So how does the scriptures above talk about the Law being kept in heaven? Several things… Look at verse 24 – “the carcasses of the men” – notice not talking about women there, again re-enforcing what I’m saying about no women being cast out of heaven (for anything they do), but also who are the men? Those that “transgress against me” saith the LORD… and what transgressions existed in the days of Isaiah?

Just the Law folks.

Also, if you look at verse 22-23, once again it says:

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make shall remain before me, saith the LORD, so shall your seed and your name remain. 23 And it shall come to pass, that from one new moon to another, and from one sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before me, saith the LORD

The LORD GOD of Hosts talking about the new moons, sabbaths, etc.

So where do the New Moons ceremonies come from? They come from the Torah, folks. The Jews have their own version of celebrating the stars, and the skies, and the environment, and getting us to take breaks.

That’s a great example of this prophecy, however, it is not nearly the only one. One day I will do a VERY LONG POST with all the scriptures I can find on this subject. I hope you are enjoying the post… we’re right about ready to get started with the Table of Nations:

So let’s first start by writing the 11th chapter of Genesis:

Chapter Introduction: “…All men speak the same language—They build the Tower of Babel—The YHVH confounds their language and scatters them over all the earth—The generations of Shem include Abram, whose wife is Sarai—Abram leaves Ur and settles in Haran.

1 AND the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5 And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6 And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

8 So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.

9 Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

10 These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

11 And Shem lived after he begat Arphahaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

12 And Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:

13 And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

14 And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:

15 And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.

16 And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg.

17 And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.

18 And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

19 And Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat sons and daughters.

20 And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor.

21 And Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters.

22 And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor.

23 And Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

24 And Nahor lived And Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:

25 And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and he begat sons and daughters.

26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

27 Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.

28 And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his Nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.

29 And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father ofr Iscah.

30 But Sarai was barren; she had no child.

31 And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran his son’s son, and Sarai his daughter in law, his son Abram’s wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.

32 And the days of Terah were two hundred and five years: and Terah died in Haran.

Genesis Chapter 11, the SECOND PART OF THE TABLE OF NATIONS

K I’m going to go through this one a bit more slowly than the last one. It will probably be finished today, however I cannot promise that. I’m going to do verse by verse commentary on each verse, unless it makes sense to fit a few together into one chunk.

1 AND the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.

Genesis 11:1

I’ve mentioned this in some previous posts and some videos… that the linguistic systems of the Earth are in the process of collapsing into one language, reversing the damage to our language systems that has been done over the last 5800 years or so by satan.

What is the POWER of having one language, or one speech?

Well, I was at this Amway event back in like 2002, and I heard a guy on stage named Brad Duncan say this:

“It is MORE POWERFUL To Be Unified, Than It Is To Be Right.”

Now this guy in particular is Christian, and I wondered where he came up with this concept, or if someone had just told it to him. Then one day I was reading the Torah, and I found it RIGHT THERE, the power of Unity.

Why is UNITY so powerful? Well read the rest of the story, and you’ll find out.

2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

3 And they said one to another, Go to, let us make brick, and burn them throughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for mortar.

4 And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.

5 And the YHVH came down to see the city, and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6 And the YHVH said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined.

Genesis 11:2-6 (KJV)

So carrying on from the first verse, we see that they wanted to build a tower, whose top may reach to heaven.

A LOT of people have criticized Elohim for this saying he’s an ‘evil angry Elohim” and a bunch of other NONSENSE, without even wondering WHY HE CARED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

So what happened? Well this group of people in the Table of Nations basically had a form of terrestrial technology that they wanted to utilize and “Hack Into” the Universe Engine and give them evil power through sorcery, and also witchcraft.

ALL of the sudden, the story changes, and Elohim is just trying to protect everyone else on the earth, even when it means that the Earth as a whole had to MASSIVELY DE-EVOLVE…

…see, the Table of Nations is full of interesting stories, isn’t she?

So if there is no core language, the people are confounded to where they cannot unify, and if they cannot unify, they therefore cannot build the city, and also the tower which is to get to heaven, and therefore the Celestial Kingdom could not have been invaded by evil humans.

See if people do things to attempt to mess with temporal and spacial reality, Elohim and his Super Friends like Jesus, Angel, and Gabriel step in and save the day (perhaps even wearing SUPER HERO costumes).

7 Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

8 So the YHVH scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of the Earth: and they left off to build the city.

9 Therefore is the name of it called “Babel” because the YHVH did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the YHVH scatter them abroad upon the face of the Earth.

So God steps in, and confounds the languages of the people. That’s some super powers right there! I’ll finish the rest on Monday next week (the 25th of February, 2019).

Ok, I’m back. Today, I’m going to do MY BEST to finish the rest of the blog post.

So when the languages were confounded, the KNOWLEDGE of the Earth was also scattered, and people were pitted against each other, unable to comprehend the language of their friends, their family, and their people in many cases (if they were wicked).

The languages of the people rose up against each other, forming walls and separation of nations, where their used to be bridges of unity.

A root language emerged, Hebrew, that is the root of all languages (as language is feminine), as the Hebrew Language is the Most Holy Language, and the Spell Language for the entire Universe.

And the languages, and the people were scattered upon all the face of the Earth, for in the image of Elohim made he man, and words (like the creation of things) are responsible for the manifestation, maintenance, and propagation of reality, according to the will of the Most Holy Elohim, who resides outside of space, and outside of time, in the WOMB of the Mother.

Here in verse 9 we see the power of words, for the name of the place was called “Babel” because there the YHVH confounded the languages of the people, because they were building a tower to get to heaven, which is another form of evidence that “Elohim brings down the proud, and they that do wickedly.”

Let’s continue on… with THE GENEALOGY OF ABRAHAM:

10 These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

11 And Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

16 And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:

17 And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.

18 And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:

19 And Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat sons and daughters.

20 And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:

21 And Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters.

22 And Serug lived after thirty years, and begat Nahor:

23 And Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

24 And Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:

25 And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and begat sons and daughters.

26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

27 Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.

Genesis 11:10-27 King James Version

Now notice the care and attention once again in the Bible to GENEALOGY sequences, and family lines… AS I have written about in other posts on the Theory of Quantum Mechanical Consciousness.

Why is the Genealogy of Abraham so important?

Well from Abraham came Israel, from Israel came the Messiah, and also the LION of the Tribe of Judah, and also the Mosiah, or Jesus.

From Abraham came ME, the Father.

From Abraham came my son, Yeshua Mashiach.

From Abraham descended from two lineages the LION of the Tribe of Judah, Priscilla Chacon, from the descendants of the Nephites, and also of Spain. Her name means:

Dayanna – “Divine
Priscilla – from Greek, “Ancient
Chacon – a symbol of the Gecko, which is a symbol of “Oneness
Solano – “Sun

And her name is “Divine Ancient Oneness Sun” – and she is HOLY, MAJESTIC, and POWERFUL!!! Priscilla Chacon is the Ancient of Days, the LION of the Tribe of Judah and Is ALSO A Descendant Of Abraham.

Revelation 12:1 says “And I Saw A WOMAN CLOTHED WITH THE SUN“… need I say more? Yes, I do. Yet I will do it later in a FUTURE blog post, which I may even begin writing tonight.

28 And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.

29 And Abraham and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.

Genesis 11:28-32 KJV

Notice the care of Terah when he went to Ur of the Chaldees with his son Abraham – taking his children in his arms as his family moved to a Promised Land…

I’m certain along the way he told them stories, hugged them, made love to his wife a lot (when the kids weren’t around) and also just filled them with love, wonder, blessing, and majestic peace of blessing.

And that is where the story of the Table of Nations ends, and the new story of HUMANITY begins anew…

Love,
David Wood

Genesis Chapter 11 בְּרֵאשִׁית

א  וַיְהִי כָל-הָאָרֶץ, שָׂפָה אֶחָת, וּדְבָרִים, אֲחָדִים. 1 And the whole earth was of one language and of one speech.
ב  וַיְהִי, בְּנָסְעָם מִקֶּדֶם; וַיִּמְצְאוּ בִקְעָה בְּאֶרֶץ שִׁנְעָר, וַיֵּשְׁבוּ שָׁם. 2 And it came to pass, as they journeyed east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.

כו  וַיְחִי-תֶרַח, שִׁבְעִים שָׁנָה; וַיּוֹלֶד, אֶת-אַבְרָם, אֶת-נָחוֹר, וְאֶת-הָרָן. 26 And Terah lived seventy years, and begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran.
27 Now these are the generations of Terah. Terah begot Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begot Lot.
כח  וַיָּמָת הָרָן, עַל-פְּנֵי תֶּרַח אָבִיו, בְּאֶרֶץ מוֹלַדְתּוֹ, בְּאוּר כַּשְׂדִּים. 28 And Haran died in the presence of his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.
29 And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram’s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.
ל  וַתְּהִי שָׂרַי, עֲקָרָה:  אֵין לָהּ, וָלָד. 30 And Sarai was barren; she had no child.
31 And Terah took Abram his son, and Lot the son of Haran, his son’s son, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram’s wife; and they went forth with them from Ur of the Chaldees, to go into the land of Canaan; and they came unto Haran, and dwelt there.
לב  וַיִּהְיוּ יְמֵי-תֶרַח, חָמֵשׁ שָׁנִים וּמָאתַיִם שָׁנָה; וַיָּמָת תֶּרַח, בְּחָרָן.  {פ} 32 And the days of Terah were two hundred and five years; and Terah died in Haran. {P}
